Terms of Service
A few ground rules, so the weirdness stays creative and the expectations stay clear.

Freakquencies is the creative music project operated by Sean Wallbridge. In these pages, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sean operating Freakquencies.
1. What this place is
Freakquencies creates personalized, AI-assisted music and related artwork and companion material. Sean supplies the human curiosity, creative direction and final review. Energy Maps and the esoteric systems behind them are interpretive creative tools, not scientifically validated assessments, predictions, or medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. A song is a companion, never a cure.
By using this site, you agree to these terms for your use of it. If they do not work for you, please do not use the service. You must be an adult with legal capacity to place a future order or submit information about another person. Simply browsing does not place an order or create a payment obligation.
2. The current soundcheck
Ordering is not open yet. You can explore the site, hear samples and view Sean's example. Product descriptions explain the intended experience; they do not mean every product is available. There are no active subscriptions or memberships sold here. The review form is external, and submitting feedback is not an order.
The planned $55 USD personalized-song package includes one song, custom cover artwork and a companion PDF. The sample illustrates the format and Sean's style; your result will be different because your story is different. We do not guarantee an exact imitation of an artist, a specific emotional response, scientifically verified audio tuning or identical results from AI tools.
3. Prices, payments and the actual yes
All displayed dollar prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Before paid ordering opens, the checkout will show the seller's applicable business details, exact product, final price, any taxes, included deliverables, delivery method, revision allowance, usage licence and cancellation/refund conditions. You will be able to review those details before agreeing and paying. We will not treat a change to this page as permission to charge you.
Stripe is the intended payment processor, but a live checkout is not connected today. Do not email card details or send money through an unrelated link to place a Freakquencies order. A voluntary Buy Me a Coffee contribution is separate from a song purchase and does not create an order or entitlement to a product.
4. Delivery: digital, with a human in the loop
Products described here are digital; no physical parcel or shipping is included. First Light's stated delivery target is up to two business days after both confirmed payment and complete, usable intake. That clock does not start while essential details are missing. The order confirmation will state the applicable timing when ordering becomes available. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays, using America/New_York time.
Song generation and preparation involve AI-assisted tools and human review. A person must approve a delivery before it is sent. A listening link may depend on a third-party service; we do not promise that an external player will be available forever. Tell us promptly if a delivery link or file fails so we can help. Any public visibility of a personalized song on an external music service must be explained before you approve that delivery.
5. Cancellations, refunds and the “this needs a tweak” conversation
There are currently no website orders to cancel and no Freakquencies checkout charges to refund. If you believe you have been charged for an order, contact Sean so we can identify the transaction; please do not send full card details.
Changed your mind before production starts? Cancel for a full refund. Production starts when we begin writing or generating your personalized song or artwork. To cancel, email hello@freakquencies.com with your order reference. We will check the production stage and confirm the next step.
Already in the creative kitchen? After production starts, we will work with you to correct the agreed work. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we will refund you. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method; the payment provider and your bank affect when it appears.
One little tweak is included. Your package includes one minor revision requested within 7 days of delivery, for a factual correction or an adjustment within the original brief. A new brief or a completely different musical direction needs a separate agreement; we will not add a charge without your approval.
For a missing file, broken listening link or other delivery problem, email hello@freakquencies.com with your order reference and what went wrong. The 7-day creative-revision window does not limit rights concerning defective or undelivered work. Nothing here limits refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These are the launch policies; website ordering remains closed until checkout and delivery are ready.
6. Your story, with permission
Share accurate information and only material you own or have permission to use. That includes stories, photos, names, lyrics and information about a gift recipient. You give us permission to use submitted material and relevant service providers only as needed to consider or fulfil your request, communicate with you and meet legitimate recordkeeping obligations. This is not permission to use your private story in advertising.
A parent or legal guardian must authorize use of a child's personal information. Do not submit another person's sensitive details without appropriate permission, impersonate anyone, infringe rights or request unlawful or abusive content. We may decline a request we cannot responsibly fulfil.
7. Music rights, without pretending AI is a magic copyright wand
Site text, artwork and samples belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may browse, listen and share links. Downloadable samples may be enjoyed privately; a download does not grant resale, commercial distribution, monetization, advertising, sublicensing or ownership rights. Do not redistribute a sample PDF or recording as your own product.
Your personalized package is for personal and gift use: listen, enjoy the delivered keepsakes and share a listening link with friends and family. Commercial use, monetization, resale or commercial distribution require a separate written agreement. The applicable licence will also be shown before payment. We do not promise exclusive rights, copyright protection for every AI-generated element, or clearance for commercial use unless expressly agreed in writing and supported by the relevant provider rights. Any rights in the personal material you supply remain yours. A testimonial or public case study requires separate permission; ordering alone will not authorize it.
8. Reviews, links and being decent
Reviews should reflect a genuine experience. Publication is optional, requires permission and human approval, and may involve editing to protect privacy without misrepresenting the reviewer. Map consent is separate and limited to approximate city locations. We may withhold or remove personal, misleading, abusive or rights-infringing content. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
Suno, Tally, Stripe, Buy Me a Coffee and other external services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. We cannot control their websites. Do not interfere with this site's security, scrape private information, attempt unauthorized access or use it to harm others.
9. When technology misses a beat
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but errors, interruptions and third-party failures can happen. To the extent permitted by law, browsing and free samples are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or suitability for a particular purpose. We remain responsible where applicable law requires it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The mandatory protections that apply where you live continue to apply. This page does not impose compulsory arbitration or require you to give up access to a court or regulator. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest continues to apply as far as legally possible.
